1. Who we are

This website and the Services described on it are operated by [Legal entity name], a [Wyoming limited liability company / corporation] with its principal office at 1712 Pioneer Avenue, Ste 135, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. All transactions are with [Legal entity name], doing business as Taiwo Global.

2. How we sell our Services

We do not sell products or Services directly through this website, and no purchase is completed online. Each engagement begins with a consultation, followed by a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement (an "Agreement") that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment schedule. Work begins only after the Agreement is accepted in writing (including by electronic signature) and any required deposit is received.

3. Pricing and quotes

  • Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be fixed-fee, hourly, monthly retainer, per-agent (for customer support and BPO), milestone-based or commission-based, as stated in the Agreement.
  • Quotes are valid for [30] days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
  • Work outside the agreed scope requires a written change order and is billed at the rates in the Agreement or our then-current rates.
  • Fees do not include taxes, third-party costs or pre-approved expenses (such as travel, software, advertising spend or filing fees), which are billed separately at cost unless the Agreement states otherwise.

4. Invoicing

  1. We issue invoices electronically to the billing contact named in the Agreement.
  2. Invoices are issued [on signing for deposits; monthly in arrears for hourly and BPO work; on milestone completion for project work], or on the schedule stated in the Agreement.
  3. Each invoice states the invoice number, Services covered, amount due, due date and accepted payment methods.
  4. Questions or disputes about an invoice must be raised in writing within [10] days of the invoice date; otherwise the invoice is considered accepted. Undisputed amounts remain payable on time.

5. Payment terms

  • Payment is due within [Net payment term, e.g. 15] days of the invoice date unless the Agreement states otherwise.
  • We accept [Accepted payment methods, e.g. ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, major credit and debit cards, and check]. Card payments are processed by [payment processor]; we do not store full card numbers.
  • A card processing fee of [up to 3%] may apply to card payments where permitted by law and card-network rules. [Delete this line if you do not surcharge.]
  • International clients pay in USD and are responsible for bank, wire and currency-conversion fees.

6. Late payment

If an invoice is not paid by its due date:

  1. A late charge of [1.5%] per month, or the maximum rate allowed by law if lower, accrues on the overdue balance until paid.
  2. After [15] days past due, we may pause all Services, including customer support staffing, until the account is brought current. Pausing work does not suspend your payment obligations.
  3. You are responsible for reasonable costs of collection, including collection-agency fees, attorneys' fees and court costs, to the extent allowed by law.
  4. Deliverables, work product and licenses to use them are released only once the related invoices are paid in full.

7. Taxes

Fees exclude sales, use, value-added and similar taxes. You are responsible for any such taxes that apply to the Services, other than taxes on our income. Where we are required to collect tax, it will appear on the invoice.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, deposits and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and your Agreement.

9. Payment disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us at info@taiwoglobal.com before disputing any payment. If you file a chargeback for Services that were performed under an accepted Agreement, we will provide the Agreement, invoices and records of work to the card issuer or bank. The disputed amount remains owed, and we may suspend Services and recover any chargeback fees and collection costs.

10. Real estate transactions

Purchases and sales of real property by Taiwo Global are governed by the written purchase and sale agreement for each property and by applicable state law, not by this Merchant Policy. Earnest money, closing costs and escrow are handled under that agreement through a licensed title or escrow company.

11. Security and privacy

We handle client billing and payment information only to provide and invoice our Services, and we use reputable third-party processors to handle card and bank payments securely.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to new Agreements and invoices issued after the update date. Signed Agreements keep the terms agreed at signing unless both parties agree in writing.
